I was able to cancel but it looks like I will still be charged for a month. I’m looking for a full refund.

Within 1 hour I realized this was not the right app for my needs. Meal plans were a bit limited for my tastes. I would need to manually enter information for my own meals. More time consuming than I want to spend.

Given I had to pay and install the app to review it, and canceled within an hour, I believe I should be fully refunded.

This is really a very bad app and service. They know to fleece money and do not offer any meaningful meal plan that can aid diabetics. In some cases their plan has adversely impacted and spiked glucose. Exercise caution before using the pseudo science driven apps like this one.

Purchased a three month subscription for $25.50. Received email receipt for that amount with the fine print that it would be auto-renewed. Renewal comes and surprise, it’s now $55.50.

Using this app since I was diagnosed with prediabetes. Since there is a lot of things I don’t like the meals are a quite repetitive. A lot of them are pretty good though. My biggest issue is trying to update the grocery list dates. I change select the dates, but the option to change it if nowhere to be found so getting a grocery list for the days I actually need is really irritating. PLEASE FIX THIS. Other than that I like the app

The customer service was terrible. They insisted on charging me for services I had not used. Also, their database is so limited. You’re much better off with a service like Cronometer or MyFitnessPal. 

I had to make a claim with Chase to receive a refund they wouldn’t give me.

Being a T1 diabetic carbs are crucial.  I like this app for meal ideas and to keep track of everything. However the carbs on these meals are not accurate. When your suppose to have 40 carbs per meal and once the meal is made and is 65 carbs when the app says otherwise, is not okay. If the app would allow you to adjust the carb ratio per meal you’re making that would be so helpful! Other than the carbs being off, the food has been good so far!

Although the developers of this App might have the best intentions, let’s face it is still a business. I signed up for a month only usage of the App, no recurring charges, and yet was charged for a second time. They cited an obscure section of the Terms of Agreement where it was “implied” the recurring monthly charges. I was able to cancel my subscription and hoping to get my money back. Just be aware of the SCAM associated with this App.

This web site is not user friendly. I have reset my password three times using their prompts and it refuses to recognize it. The advertisement tries to sell you a pill, an exercise plan, recipes. What a scam. Fix your web site.

### ***-- "Good recipes and tracking, but needs a recipe builder"
I started using this app a week ago, after hearing for the first time that I was pre-diabetic. Initially, I was impressed with the recipes that were included, and I bought ingredients to try out a few; but I have some go-to recipes that I regularly make (like my cottage cheese egg cups that I eat for breakfast, most days). When I tried to log them, I realized that there was a meal builder (for individual meals), but not a recipe builder (where I could add all ingredients from a recipe and the # of servings, and get the calorie/nutritional log for one serving). This is something I have been able to do in the past in other food tracking apps, including the free versions. Because I cook from scratch so much, this is a deal breaker for me. 

If you are going to stick to recipes in the app and/or single serving meals that can be easily logged, then its a pretty good app; but if you like to cook and have a lot of recipes you still plan to make that are not in the app, you may find it frustrating, as well.
