## MyDigicel Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good"
Good
-- cBoyBallin, 2025-09-05

### *---- "Can’t create a account"
Huh
-- Usushwhwjjdjf, 2025-09-01

### *---- "Connexion"
M pa we poukisa chak leu moun bezwen konekte sou bagay sa se mize pou moun pase menm mesaj la moun pa janm jwenn
-- Tchuipss nulllllllllll, 2025-08-27

### **--- "Mediocre"
This service requests a picture of your identification card prior to purchasing for reasons unbeknownst to me. Instructions tell you how to
Install but seem incomplete. It is automatically set up to auto renew. If you need to cancel instructions are given to click on the link. Link takes you to the app where it doesn’t recognize your email that you used to purchase the plan, nor the number assigned to you to cancel the auto renewal.
-- JojoTash, 2025-08-23

### *---- "terrible app."
the app is slow, they don't update the promotions, usage takes days to update, the support chat doesn't work and just keeps restarting, they include the smallest amount info on the plans just to sell them to you and leave out the important parts, and there's no way to drill down into the plan details to see all it's terms and features. the money lend is a scam because even though you have to pay interest in it, you can only use it for limited things, and there's no own customization. terrible app from an increase bad company.
-- whada fug, 2025-08-20

### ****- "Sèvis tchat"
Ak sèvis tchat la , m toujou jwenn èd map chèche à , mèsi Mydigicel
-- Previlda, 2025-07-17

### *---- "Disabling Autorenew does NOT prevent them from charging you"
The app has a misleading option where you disable Autorenew but I found that they charged me anyway. The customer service rep I messaged after says that this option doesn’t apply for autorewing with bank cards but this is never stated to the user so I of course assumed I wouldn’t be charged. No refund given and I’ll be avoiding Digicel on my next trip.
-- Scubbbba, 2025-07-14

### *---- "Fix the app to allow people to create an account and use it."
I’d love to know why the app tells me to create an account, and when I try to, it keeps giving me an error message that says “your account is disabled” but the whole reason I’m going through this is because I don’t have an account. Then it says my email is verified, but I don’t have an account. What is verified then??? This nonsense needs to be fixed. I literally only wanted a plan. Smh.
-- Annoyedci, 2025-06-27

### *---- "Horrible"
This app is beyond horrible. Nothing works, you can’t even create an account for crying out loud.
-- Dope876, 2025-06-16

### ***** "Ez to use"
The app is not hard to use and if u think it is bro just sell your phone
-- Duke dennis2, 2025-05-26
