If you are currently using iOS 10.3.4 or below we recommend you upgrade your mobile operating system as soon as possible.
• Older D-Link cameras (DCS-xxxL and DCS-xxxxL) can still be used with the new mydlink app, but advanced functionality such as Cloud Recording and Automation will not be supported.
• The new mydlink app does not support mydlink™ Home devices (DCS-935LH, DCS-8200LH, DSP-W110, DSP-W215, DCH-S150, DCH-S160, DCH-S220, DCH-G020, DCH-Z110, DCH-Z120).
• The new mydlink app does not support setup and control of D-Link Wi-Fi router devices. To install and control these devices, follow the accompanying instructions on the router packaging and manual

Turned on - standby, continuously message

When my 4-5G mobile internet coverage is not stable, if I moving somewhere in the mountains for example, application getting crazy and sending me messages that camera is standby, after few minutes that camera is online and continuously cycling with delivering this message

Just bought

Notifications dont work!!!!

Completely useless camera and app

I cannot make an account. I have tried multiple times and still nothing. So the camera is completely useless. I am trying to contact support but there are only questions-answers and no other way to contact.

D link doesn’t send notifications to the phone!!!

Slink doesn’t send notifications to the phone. You have to open the app to see the notifications

Bad control system

Not useful control of the camera

Slow

It takes so much time to load the camera’s image once you get off the app and most of the times fails to reconnect

Some problems to solve

I installed a Wi-Fi camera and I manage it from the app. The app has rich set of features and it was relatively easy to set up. However, the connection with the camera is often lost, the camera does not respond properly (turning etc), the app freezes often. I will give it more time…

Not working anymore

This app is basically useless now.. I’ve installed the camera and it won’t show the image feed anymore. So basically I can’t use the cameras in my house anymore.

Faulty app

This app is a real disaster. NEVER ever buying dlink products.

Don’t buy from Dlink

Avoid buy device by dlink. The stop smart devices very often.
