No instructions given about the App when I did finally locate where they should be in INSIGHTS - there are NO RESULTS at all showing!! The Home page is completely empty. What a joke. This has been false advertising from what sold itself to be an in depth scientific approach to health, based on unique DNA results. The App is terrible. The notifications don’t open and the diet plan is too complex to follow and gas you eating meals that add up to 100 calories? The exercise plan I selected was gym workout and it is mostly body weight or dumbbell exercise when it should at least have major compound exercises. Overall the App is fine for receiving and reading your insights but that is all. I bought the testing kit which only provided manual instructions to "go get the My DNA App" (no link provided). There was also no link to the app on the website or any screen shots of what the app icon looks like. I had assumed this was the wrong app when i was unable to find the 'activate DNA kit". I realised that it was hidden below a tonne of videos. Hope this helps the team to review their user flows as this has not been the best experience. Another note - I was concerned to see that the replied paid envelope has the company branding and swab instructions on the outside.
