Service de livraison zéro!!!! -- Julien ci jrgjgt, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Service déplorable" Le livreur est parti trop vite pour une livraison prévue le 27/11, pas moyen de le contacter. Avis de livraison (le 28/11)le lendemain à un point shop mais rien n’est arrivé et pas de notification reçue. Nous sommes le 29 et aucune notification m’informant que le colis est toujours au dépôt. Si je ne m’inscris pas sur l’application DPD, je n’aurai pas su où en était la livraison. Il n’y avait même pas un second essai de livraison non plus. J’ai payé un supplément pour recevoir au plus vite et malheureusement le service n’est ni compétent ni fiable. Les livreurs d’Amazon nous contacte d’office par téléphone avant de partir.
