● Access to the informations of your parcels, on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Redirect your parcel: you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, you can choose to change delivery day or choose to collect from a Pickup parcelshop.

You can’t change phone number!!!!
This application is disaster! You cannot EDIT WRONG PHONE NUMBER. Their support doesn’t work and app is unusable!
Neustále se odhlašuje
Aplikace se neustále odhlašuje, e-maily o balících už nechodí radši vůbec, v apce najednou není ani možnost přesměrovat balíček.
Termín dodání
Velice špatná informovanost. Celý den čekám na avizovanou dodávku (od rána na cestě) 4 balíku za 20tis. a ve 13:30 dostanu informaci, že zásilka z kapacitních důvodů nedorazí!?
Kdyz jde vse, jak ma
Kdyz jde vse, jak ma, je sluzba perfektni. Kdyz je nejaky ne uplne standardni problem, uz to tak skvele neni. Tlf. linka odkaze na web, kde ale reseni neni, z weboveho rozhrani se odpovedi nedockas. Napsal jsem tedy direct mail. Dockal jsem se aspon potvrzeni jeho prijeti (slava, prvni vlastovka). 8 hodin ale cekam na odpoved marne.
Nefunguje
Po otevření aplikace mam zvolit stát ale ať kliknu na cokoliv, nefunguje a nic neudělá. Aplikace k ničemu

Není možné se do aplikace přihlásit. Po kliknutí na Českou vlajku- Country selection error.
Skvělá aplikace
Hned vidím jakmile někdo odešle zásilku a mohu ji přesměrovat na výdejní místo. Hned a rychle.
Recenze
Nevím co si mám myslet… není tam informace do kdy je k vyzvednutí a ani heslo balíčku nebo zaplacení dobírky online…
