The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● The chatbot knows which parcels are on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Ask the chatbot to redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.

Nepáči sa mi
Aplikácia nomstop dropuje, odhlasuje užívateľa, neukazuje správne zásielky.
Nefunguje
Moja skúsenosť s touto službou nebola ideálna. Prišiel mi balík, ale ak by ma neupozornil email, ani by som nevedel, že si ho môžem ísť vyzdvihnúť. Aplikácia mi vôbec neukázala, že balík je pripravený na vyzdvihnutie, čo ma dosť sklamalo. Očakávam, že takéto notifikácie budú fungovať spoľahlivo, pretože sú pre zákazníka kľúčové. Verím, že tento problém sa vyrieši a komunikácia bude v budúcnosti bezproblémová.
Odoslanie balika
Nemozem odoslat balik objavi sa pri druhom stepe sedy background bez preloadera … takze ani neviem co sa deje. Apka zamrza na profile neodporucam mazem

V porovnaní s inými je tato appka veľmi ľahko používateľná
Obnova
PO každej jednej aktualizácii aplikácie myDPD sa treba znova prihlasovať. To je taký veľký problém opraviť to?
prečo tam nie je PIN?
nevidím veľmi zmysel v tejto app, ak v nej nemám všetky potrebné údaje k manažovaniu mojich zásielok.
Najhorsi z najhorsich
Otras, zakazdym ta ista zla skusenost. Ziadna sanca kontaktu (mozte napisat mail a o tyzden vam daju vediet) to je vsetko. Nidky nedorucene nacas. Uz som ziadal v net obchode ze pokial chcu nadalej oredavat tak si radsej priplatim ale nie DPD !!! Humus hnus a hanba … nefunkcnost a nespojojnost na 1 mieste !!!

Chlap mi ani nezavolá ani nič.. a zrazu mi len príde správa balík sa nepodarilo doručiť.. šašovia ste
