Really buggy with the new update
The UI in Home tab is bugged and the map where it shows where the van is, is buggy every time i open the app it shows a different location.

myDPD app offers a wide range of functions.

Very bad, useless
When you login and find your parcel it show you nothing else… its really bad design and a lot of errors / bugs…
???? Geen zin om uit te stappen???

Login perikelen
App heeft veel moeite met het bewaren van de login gegevens en adres gegevens. Elke keer weer alle gegevens invullen. En als alles is ingevuld herkent de app het niet. En niet overzichtelijk. Dus een beetje teleurstellend.
Gemak app laag
Onthoudt verzendnummer niet, daarbij is verzendnummer niet te kopiëren uit e-mail.
Slechtste bezorgservice in Nederland
Baggerbezorging als ik kon kiezen, had ik DHL gedaan. PostNL is net zo slecht.
No Notifications for deliveries
To devs: please check the notifications. For any updates on a package, no mail or push notification is sent to alert me on my package status. I do see my packages just not notifications for them. On iOS 18.1.1
