Worrying more about competitions rather than the product.

Can’t use the app on wifi! Have to turn that off and then turn on mobile data to be able to do anything on the rewards. And even though I have spins and comp entries available, the entries are always ‘unsuccessful’ …

Can’t manage account properly. Every function I’ve tried is broken in some way. They must be losing considerable money when users struggle to upgrade packages or add add-ons. Also why should I have to make a separate payment whenever I want to change a service when I’ve got a debit order set up?

For close on 2 years using this app it’s so terrible. You’d want to activate a holiday home decoder and it will fail so many times that you’ll have to phone. Even the new app.  It’s the most useless app that one wonders why a big company like DStv/Multichoice would fail to realise this and do something about it.

This is the worst version of all!! Everytime, just as your newest App seems to be functioning, you replace it with a “new” version. And every step is backwards. 

Since the latest update I cannot access my DSTV account or products on the App. After I type in my username (e-mail address or mobile number) and password, I get a blank screen. And can do nothing further. 

In stead of improving the options for your clients to self-manage their packages and products, we can do less now than ever. The App is more geared as a marketing platform, than an Application with proper functions and service to clients. Your latest App really fits your Call Centre - they are equally useless and unfriendly. Shocking to think you are part of what is a masaive empire built on IT and other advanced technology.
