I can’t even manage my subscription on this app, what is a point of an upgrade that is a downgrade
Useless app
So many buttons that do not work !!
Pathetic
This is honestly the most useless app. It doesn’t give you options, you can’t find anything or do anything ….except pay. That part always works😡😡😡. So frustrating!!!!
Still crashing
After 15 December 2024 update, still crashing when selecting “Manage Package”. App is useless.
Taken us back 10 years
This must be the worst release of DSTV app to date. We had a perfectly working app through which we could manage our products. This version allows absolutely nothing to be done. Worrying more about competitions rather than the product. No wonder you are loosing subscribers by the day.
PATHETIC!
The old app worked fine. This new one is all but useless. Tried to manage my stuff. Failed. Failed. Failed. Why would Multichoice launch this without proper testing? More bad service from these guys. Time to walk!
Not Happy
Since I have downloaded the new MyDStv app it keeps throwing me out the minute you try to go to - manage my packages
App bugs
Can’t use the app on wifi! Have to turn that off and then turn on mobile data to be able to do anything on the rewards. And even though I have spins and comp entries available, the entries are always ‘unsuccessful’ … Should I delete and reload the app? Or will I lose all the data?
What is the POINT OF THIS APP IF YOU CAN’T USE IT TO PAY YOUR ACCOUNT.
What a bloody USELESS app. You’d think with all the money you charge that your app would work so that your customers can pay you.
