You guys should just scrap this app let us pay for our subscriptions via bank apps/quicktellers. There’s absolutely no need for your app than to show how many days are left on one’s subscription. Any updates you guys make, we can get it from your website which is more updated than the app.. because how can you claim you have a change in price for subscription yet it doesn’t reflect on the app.. chatted with your customer service and I was told to pay the new price.. but when I paid via my bank, there was a refund that reflects that it was the old price that was accepted.. so who is right and who is wrong? The customer support or the app… anyways, I’ve not been able to login for a week… can I know my offense? 😂😂😂 because I don’t understand you guys again…

Why do your app keep telling me to update every time when there is nothing to update, just giving difficult time in making payments by not opening

It’s soo stressful and annoying!

The app has no use, kindly delete it, payment method and everything is so bad

I only use this app to renew my subscriptions and erase errors that I previously had to call customer care or await response from social media handle. I love it! Please keep improving it. Thanks

This App is almost always useless !

This was one of the most frustrating apps but I must admit it has improved greatly. Great job on making it work like it should. One suggestion though, can you add a feature where my debit card details are saved and payment can be automated so I don’t have to manually pay every month.

your app requests for updates every time I log in , even after updating it’s still required updates. Do you update every second.

App keeps asking me to update when there’s nothing to update. Can’t access the app. Deleting now
