There’s no dedicated iPad app, so when it opens on an iPad Pro (which is always in Landscape Orientation) it’s sideways. It works otherwise, but looks extremely dumb. In order to know when to refill my humidifier, I need to leave push notifications on, but that also means I get pestered with notifications telling me to “act now to save” on x product that I don’t need or want.
App doesn’t connect smoothly to new phone. Constantly gets stuck in a loop.

Overall a well-made app for controlling my OnTracs. I really appreciate the new ability to customize the EQ fully. The only thing I wish could be fixed is the discrepancy between what the app reports as the dB reading of “In Ear Sound” and what the iPhone reports. For example, listening to a song on my phone, the app reports it as ~60dB yet my iPhone’s headphone level through Control Centre shows it as ~75dB. This discrepancy causes the iPhone’s built-in “Reduce Loud Audio” to not function correctly with these headphones and plays the audio much quieter than they should. I know this app has its own setting to limit audio to 80dB, however since I also have AirPods it would be nice to use iPhone’s setting to keep it consistent across the board.

The UI is too small to use. Please fix.
These days, all robot vacuum comes with great app. Dyson app is kind of lag behind. Can’t divide the zone in angle. Only zones can be divided horizontal or vertical. Seriously, home can’t have angled walls. Algorithm of cleaning is not great.

Trying to set up my air purifier using this app was a nightmare. So much so that I just gave up. It never successfully worked, despite spending hours trying to get it to. The pairing process is unnecessarily convoluted. I have to wait for the first menu to error out because my device isn't listed, then I have to select "air purifier," scan the serial number on the bottom of it, and wait for the previous menu to fail again. I then have to go through a bunch of prompts, enter my Wi-Fi password, and hold the button on the front of it for five seconds. Next, I have to go to settings and connect to its Wi-Fi, wait for it to go through the pairing menu, and then it will say it couldn't scan the serial number. So, I have to re-pick it up and awkwardly hold it, wait for a second, and it will just give me a generic "couldn't add machine" error. This kicks me out, and I have to restart the entire process again. This is absolutely unacceptable for a machine that cost $600+.
