I have these problems: it’s necessary to force restart the app for it to download the latest graph from the purifier; it takes from 5s to 10s to connect to the device (wifi is not the problem); it shows VOC as the dominant pollutant even when it’s zero (when all others are zero).
I’m 73 and have been suffering with really bad asthma- since my daughter brought me the Air Purifier I have had no major problems with breathing- I keep it going during the night
The app performs to control my Dyson HP07. Surprised there’s no control through watchOS yet. Shocked and infinitely disappointed that; the premium you pay for Dyson’s quality product, doesn’t allow you to control device via HomeKit/ Home app. Air quality viewing is ok, but I’m too dumb to remember what each thing means - the symbols like flower and car and beaker should be shown upfront and clearly alongside the name like on the actual device. More attention to detail in Home Screen such as outdoor conditions could make the viewing look more premium (I would take a leaf out of apple’s weather app) Also the HP07 is misrepresented in colour render it looks white but my model is black.
I got to the part where I have to enter the serial number and it won’t accept it. Feeling disappointed

Works fine on the iPhone. Easy to and control the device. However, the Apple Watch app keeps asking to Add Machine to the iPhone app. Have tried multiple times over the past month. Even updated to the latest version. Developers please fix this.
Super cool app. I use it every day and I love it. It is great to be able to switch on the heater from my phone while I am under the blankets trying to convince myself to get up. Also the timer function is great! The only issue is the survey in the app itself refuses to open for me. It’s a blank page. So I couldn’t give my positive feedback in the survey, lol.

Was working but now needs login. Tried many times over many weeks but gives error “can’t connect to Dyson network” as soon as entering email address. No support available. Support link from AppStore is a 404. Nothing on website. Chatbot doesn’t understand anything about an app. Rubbish support.
It would be sick if every time I had the fan on heat and then set it to cool, it wouldn’t set back to heat automatically and fry me 👌
