Won’t connect
Bought a Dyson air purifier and when I found out about the app was super excited but seems to be that I’m going in circles eying to connect to the thing. Seems like I’m not the only one. Bummer for the price the promise of connection.
Excellence and ease of use.
Simple, elegant, functional and easy to use. The equivalent of Apple in their design and function.
Unable to Add my machine
I have been trying to add my new Animal 3 Complete Vac. I keep getting the same error : Verify your serial number. I used the phone camera to scan the number. I used online chat and was told that my just created account was locked. I do not understand this.
Good app, stupid name
Why would you rename a perfectly good Dyson Link app into myDyson? Nobody scrolls to “M” to open the app looking for Dyson.
Navigation is Terrible
The unit cleans well but it spends more time looking for the base unit than it does cleaning. Have to manually put it on the charger 9 out of 10 times.
Wrong tool
I scanned the QR code yo get the app. I scanned the bar code on my machine to get the serial number. Still the instructions for maintenance are NOT for my model. Worthless, actually.
Why?
Why in the world do I need an app for my cordless vacuum? Useless
Headphones of the future
I have either own or have owned just about every headphone made. I have 3 different Sonys inch the M-1000-5 , Bose of several types and a set of AKG Reference Headphones . The Dyson headphones are the best in every way, the AKG’s have better range but no noise reduction. I have read several reviews on the Dyson’s but I don’t agree. Dyson you have a great product, Thanks. D
