## MyELK-Desa+ Reviews in Malaysia

### *---- "This new version is terrible"
Please do a patch and release another version. This app is useless cannot do payment at all
-- KaviKumar9475, 2025-08-15

### *---- "Terrible Experience"
This app is absolutely terrible. After making a payment, the screen just turns black and doesn't even show whether the transaction was successful. Although the money was deducted from my bank account, the outstanding amount in the app remains unchanged.

To make things worse, when I tried to contact support through the "Contact Us" button, it just keeps trying to load the WhatsApp page but never actually connects.

As a registered Sdn Bhd company, I strongly urge you to invest in developing a proper, reliable app for your users. This kind of experience damages trust and reflects very poorly on your brand. Please take user experience and customer service seriously.

### ***** "Good"
So far so good
