This issue persists in the app across many updates to IOS and the App itself , the issue happens in the Emblem Health App and may need integration to Safari to work around the Blocked Popups issue. However the browser is set up to allow pop ups and yet the Emblem app still won’t allow them. What good is have an app if you can’t use it? Also their doctors list is hopeless outdated and they refuse to trim their provider lists. They are afraid of people seeing how short their provider list really is.
