In terms of functionality, it could be improved. It has limited data analytics and I’m unable to download data using the app. I have tried to understand the difference between eco and eco+ charging modes but have given up, just using eco when I want to use energy from my solar battery or panels. Quite often the app is non responsive, either not charging when I select the option on the app or not stopping charging when I select stop on the app, which is frustrating. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail. -- Xyxyxyz, 2024-12-29 ### *---- "Rubbish App" This app really is a pile of poo. More times than not it says my Zappi is offline, so I reboot my router, rebooted the Zappi, check that the Zappi is connected to the internet (it is), check that the app is up to date (it is). App still saying the Zappi is Offline. What else can I do. I know, contact their support. Only email Is sales, so email them to explain the problem. I get a response saying they are closed until 2 Jan. It’s now 28 Dec. So not much use. I have to charge immediately instead. At a more expensive rate. This is not the first time the myenergi app has let me down. As I say, a complete pile of poo. -- EMK16, 2024-12-28 ### **--- "Zappi" The Zappi is proving difficuly to program and use. Not at all intuitive. -- Kvila2011, 2024-12-28 ### **--- "Needs improving" Can't really see the point of this app. You can't change any settings for the Zappi, you have to go outside and make the changes on the Zappi screen. -- IanWarn, 2024-12-24 ### *---- "Worst UI design on the planet" The most non intuitive app I have ever seen. The overnight schedule could not be more over complicated -- judihdidnfif, 2024-12-21 ### *---- "Terrible" Can’t set up a basic app and zero help to try and resolve issues with setting up the Location. Octopus can’t set up my EV car tariff because this app doesn’t work. -- Ski Bike Rugy Stu, 2024-12-19 ### *---- "Charging performance" Really disappointed with the charging performance. Setting is changing automatically without any manual changes -- Tom56688, 2024-12-19 ### **--- "Setting time periods" I have tried to input the time periods for the different energy tariffs using the 30 minute slots but cannot. The slots I touch simply blink but return to their previous state. Very frustrating! -- Paws46, 2024-12-17 ### ****- "Excellent but more to do" Love the app but please can you provide totals data for any period (at least up to a year) for consumption, car, generation etc and just don’t display the associated graph when the period is greater than 31 days? -- now2005, 2024-12-16 ### *---- "Does not talk to Zappi" I have now removed this app as 9 times out of 10 I get an error message saying the app cannot to to the Zappi which is frustrating when you are away from home and left your car to charge. -- pnx14, 2024-12-16 [View all myenergi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## myenergi Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Ireland | Utilities | #29 | ## myenergi Discovered Keywords - myenergi ## Apps Similar to myenergi - [Octopus Energy](https://apptail.io/app/octopus-energy-xQi/united-kingdom) - [EV Plug In](https://apptail.io/app/ev-plug-in-xyn/united-kingdom) - [EZO Charging](https://apptail.io/app/ezo-charging-WRs/united-kingdom) - [Project EV Pro](https://apptail.io/app/project-ev-pro-vhv/united-kingdom) - [SSE Airtricity](https://apptail.io/app/sse-airtricity-qsx/united-kingdom) - [Octopus Compare](https://apptail.io/app/octopus-compare-fCx/united-kingdom) - [Octo Aid: Energy Insights](https://apptail.io/app/octo-aid-energy-insights-xez/united-kingdom) - [Heatmiser Neo](https://apptail.io/app/heatmiser-neo-gKN/united-kingdom) - [GivEnergy](https://apptail.io/app/givenergy-qklb/united-kingdom) - [Applegreen Fast Charge](https://apptail.io/app/applegreen-fast-charge-VxVk/united-kingdom) ## myenergi Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/united-kingdom) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/ireland) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/germany) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/australia) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/netherlands) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/belgium) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/sweden) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/switzerland) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/new-zealand) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/slovenia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/denmark) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/united-states) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/italy) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/austria) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/czechia) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/poland) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/luxembourg) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/finland) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/hungary) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/romania) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/turkey) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/estonia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/canada) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/brazil) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/hong-kong) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/south-africa) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/azerbaijan) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/bulgaria) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/colombia) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/cyprus) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/egypt) - [Iceland](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/iceland) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/kazakhstan) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/malta) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/nigeria) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/nepal) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/peru) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/qatar) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/russia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/ukraine) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/myenergi-Xoq/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
