Myer Credit Card FAQ
Is Myer Credit Card free?
Yes, Myer Credit Card is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Myer Credit Card legit?
⚠️ The Myer Credit Card app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
The App does not show you any updated info. Could take weeks before i know what my balance is, it’s so wrong that three weeks ago the balance is the same as today but in that time i have spent about 10k on the card. Please fix the app and give us a live update of our amounts spend and received
Where has the payment reminder window gone?
The app recently updated to a new version and the window which shows the monthly balance I owe has now disappeared. This window was very helpful in informing me the amount of money I owed on my card and when it was due and has been a feature of this app for several years. Can you please bring this feature back as it is very disappointing that this simple feature has disappeared?
Worst app ever
Worst credit card app I have ever used. So confusing. Have a look and see how Amex do it, just want to be able to see my transactions, what I owe and be able to find my statement with one button
App navigation is confusing and not well set out
For a credit card app this has got to be up there with one of the worst. I have been happy with the card and service but the App could be improved. Getting the simple information like available balance etc is difficult to find and it’s frustrating having to jump between different pages to make a payment.
It wouldn’t take much to improve it
Good App
I have been using this app since it launched and haven’t had any trouble with it. However recently the app has stopped sending notifications when my card is used. This is disappointing as I like to know when my card is being debited.
Fast information
I like how you can see your balance and spending at a glance and how fast and accessible your transactions can be accessed and how promptly it is updated
I can’t even log in
Spent hours on the phone, it won’t even let me log in😡 I’m cancelling.
Even online you can’t see your available balance🙄
Ridiculous
Nothing is straight forward with this app. I don’t even know how or if you can make payments on the app, which for me is important!!!!!
Awesome App
This new MYER visa app is leaps and bounds better than what MYER offered under Latitude Finance. I can easily see what I’ve spent, what I owe and when my payments are due. Great search functionality. Can’t understand other reviews with their complaints - this app is a dream.
Shocking!
The app keeps giving me error and I contacted the support team many time but it has not been resolved. My expectations for a service from Myer is much higher and better than this. I am very disappointed that they cannot fix a simple issue! It’s frustrating! I cannot log in and just noticed others have the same issue! Myer Tech team you need to upskill!
