## MyEskom Customer Reviews in South Africa

### *---- "Complaint"
App keeps on giving a technical error, so I can’t even log in!
-- RianidK, 2026-01-22

### *---- "Customer app"
This app is frustrating. It’s takes a while to bring up the log in screen. It’s slow and basic. I have tried with different wifi connections so it’s not the connection but the app itself
-- SueBhaga, 2025-11-05

### *---- "Excellence of Eskom"
This app is genuinely the excellence that you can expect from Eskom!!!
-- 1F0XY, 2025-01-31

### *---- "Customer review"
Worst app I’ve ever used.. the login screen won’t even show unless I minimise and reopen the app.. (I’m on iOS 18.1.1) just sad that this is the standard of South Africa’s only energy provider.
-- Matthew Aliriza, 2025-01-14

### *---- "Won’t even open"
I have downloaded and deleted and downloaded again and nothing even pops up. Absolutely useless
-- 1689wolfgirl, 2024-10-31

### *---- "The app is as useless !!!!"
The app is as useless as phoning eskom customer service and eskom as a whole. Shocking. Dont waste your time with the app.
-- Eskomsucks, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Worst app ever"
The worst app I’ve ever used, not user friendly the questions are irrelevant it’s as if the person who created the app lacked logic, copy from the city power app and let’s move on so you can accurately log calls
-- SADoomed, 2024-06-21

### *---- "Slow and unresponsive"
This app is slow and unresponsive. Most submissions fail. Horrible user experience.
-- zena.kelz, 2024-06-13

### *---- "Terrible app"
It is from Eskom… what else to say
-- Frosa78, 2024-06-12

### *---- "Pathetic"
This is such a pathetic app. And it is the only way clients dealing ditectly with Eskom can lodge a complaint or query!
-- Bella & Windhond, 2024-05-31
