On overview, I’m seeing from Production (Solar and Battery) and from Grid. I like it (a lot) BUT the total for both (Production and Grid) is what the System Tab says is Total Production (I understand that means Solar as I have no battery). I’d like to understand so I can see “what affects what”. -- jc45249, 2025-07-16 ### ****- "It works" Could use more functionality, like real time generation. Neighbor comparison. -- TW0615, 2025-07-12 ### *---- "Solar power look some where else" This is the worse company for anyone to have for solar power. They will tell you what they will do for you and after they install them they change so that it doesn’t benefit you at all. I would love for uninstall them. I recommend that you don’t consider installing solar with them. -- {**********}, 2025-03-27 ### *---- "App says something went wrong" Unable to do anything because app keeps saying something went wrong. I can’t even log in to make payment. -- Cholquin, 2025-03-22 ### *---- "Can no longer open app" After the last update, the app will no longer open. Every time I try to open the app, I get a black screen then it kicks me back to my home screen. -- Topeka49, 2025-03-16 ### ****- "Limited option" The app has limited options to view generation. I am hoping in future versions it becomes better. -- chuckb42, 2025-02-09 ### ****- "App improvement" I would like to see more consistency in the app and perhaps 5 minute updates. The delay at times is hours -- ubfgjmc, 2025-02-05 ### ***-- "No power banked" System is not working as advertised. My system put in service in April 2024. I have only banked power two times. (May and June) -- cargillinc, 2025-01-28 ### ***-- "App and assistance is terrible!" I keep asking for assistance from their help desk and I keep getting the same run a round. The help desk tells me that my system is running fine. My question was how can I ensure it’s running properly if the app freezes and does not show current status updates. They state it’s producing the proper amount of energy and they have a third party company that monitors my system. I need to ensure my system is monitored 24/7 by myself as well as the third party for a couple of reasons. 1. I am on a fixed budget now that I am retired and I need to ensure that when SCE exports my electricity to the grid the time of day is important. I do not want to be taken advantage of. If SCE charges me at a higher tier time then I am paying SCE higher tier costs as well as Everbright. I asked Everbright if they monitor this to ensure their customers are enlightened and forewarned since what the sales representative’s sales promises are moot. 2. When I see this many fingers or entities in the pie usually means that blame is passed and no one has accountability except the customer warranted by the contract that they keep throwing back in my face. I am not looking to get out of the contract, I just want honest answers and accountability. We are your customers. I have the latest app and I still have the same issue. You have us customers on the hook for countless years, keep us happy and informed as if we really matter and not just a piece of meat! -- Kerry and Diane, 2024-11-18 ### *---- "Horrible Layout!" Attempting to use this app in my iPhone Ana the layout is atrocious! Text is WAY too big for the screen, everything is jumbled, not even really useable. I expected more. -- Liv'n LRG, 2024-09-23 [View all MyEverBright reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to MyEverBright -
