My shipment was marked “Customer Unreachable” even though the delivery partner did not call me even once. There was absolutely no attempt to contact me before falsely updating the delivery status. What is even more frustrating is the behaviour of the local hub/in-charge, who instead of resolving the issue kept giving excuses and trying to justify the failure. This is a completely unacceptable way of handling a customer. Your service seems to have reached the peak of making customers fools—without even considering their circumstances or health concerns. A delivery executive can at least make a genuine call before marking someone unreachable. Falsely updating the status without making any contact is simply irresponsible. Shadowfax needs to investigate this delivery partner and the DEL_Daryaganj hub immediately. Customers should not have to suffer because of false delivery attempts and excuses from local partners I expect this complaint to be properly investigated rather than receiving another generic response or excuse. -- I fitness, 2026-09-25 ### *---- "Damage leakage" 0 support system very bad service provide damage leak item don’t order from this app -- 🤕🤕🤕💅🏻, 2026-09-18 ### *---- "Bekar aap" Bht bekar system hai is company ka 1 sep ko order liye hai aaj 16 sep ho gya abhi tk order nhi delever hua hai mera bht bekar delevery system hai -- B…raj, 2026-09-16 ### *---- "Worst application" I tried to book PB here, 5 times amount deducted and refunded but product haven’t booked, called customer care they also do not have any info about it they clearly asking do it again and share the screen recording for the same for which I have already given the snaps of my transaction then too, strongly recommendation to do not use this application or else use other brand -- Governer7, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "Fraud😡😡😡" Useless app i lost my money on app when order faulty know not showing my order details of my last order fraud😡😡 -- mnish7787, 2026-09-07 ### *---- "Worst app and customer support" I order peanut butter on the app and it is not showing any tracking and when I am trying to contact customer support they are not speaking to me.
