## Positives: - Easy to use and navigate through the app - Extensive database of foods and ready-made meals - Ability to easily track and log each meal and its components - Provides a wealth of statistics and reports on diet and physical activity ## Negatives: - Accuracy of tracking and measurement is not perfect, especially for homemade foods or items not in the database - Some common foods are missing from the database, requiring manual search and addition - It can be challenging to accurately measure portion sizes in some cases Overall, FitnessPal is a useful app for tracking diet and exercise, but it needs to be used with some caution and awareness of its limitations in accuracy and comprehensiveness. It may be best to supplement it with other sources of nutrition information and more precise measurement methods.
