The app keeps crashing when i want to renew subscription. It’s been very frustrating. This latest update just brought new problems.
I’d advise the management to carry out a complete overhaul of the customer service department. Perhaps sack everybody there, including the janitor(s)
My internet connection stopped working 23rd called them immediately was told it was a general issue on my link, called them almost everyday to a status update sometimes 2 to 3 times in a day. When they fixed it almost a month later I called them about my lost days to my surprise I was told the internet downtime started after my subscription ended.
I am using an iPhone 12 Pro and the Renew page doesn’t work after I click the initiate payment button. I feel like the page should be able to scroll up to see the make payment button but it’s like the page is fixed to a bigger screen size. Please update and fix accordingly

If you want peace of mind when it comes to internet service then I suggest you boycott this fiberone cause it’s always one issue to another,from Installation to activation which took up to a month,I guess I should have just left them at that time,I never knew there were more wickedness package by this service provider waiting for me .currently my internet has been down now for 13 days,I called the customer service the day it happened and I was told they would visit in two days time and they kept toying with me saying ohh our agent will visit today cause I kept calling day after to day and till now 13days after no visit from them.imagine a service provider with very poor customer service,initially I thought it was just me and I went to the instagram page to drop a complaint and saw I wasn’t the only,so do yourself a favor and boycott them for your sanity sake.

The app is now permanently stuck at the T&C page with no option to accept and proceed. It appears to be undergoing maintenance but this has been so for long enough to cause frustration and discarding since the web version is still accessible. Too bad that there has been no notification from FOB as to when they expect the issue resolved. It’s like they are not even aware!
