This App is not working for a while now even the upgrade or bug fixes have not resolved the issues as one can still not make appointments nor can you see your reports. Very disappointing

Not showing one past appointment

This app is extremely buggy and almost useless. Even getting started a challenge. Once started you can not enter a family member account as OTP never comes. I call them and only solution they could offer was to delete spp and reinstall. It never worked. I gave up.

I could not enter my state, city when registering. I could not access the photo gallery to upload photo. A friend has problems making appointments. Yet this app is important for patients.

No medical reports are available on app … useless service and hospital staff behavior. Except Doctor all other sundry staff behavior is saddening

Its an absolute waste of time trying to do anything in this app. The fields are buggy, do not populate data, app is slow, UX gets stuck and responds slowly. Feels like Fortis gave contract to a student fresher to build it

After adding new patient in my list, it does not show location and no option to go back or diagnose

Not too much good ..unnecessary test suggest given by doctors

Appreciate the response by Sunitha Madam. Very easy communication transparent, smooth handling of patients. Soothing care. Of course Dr Gopi a Gem doctor asset to Forties 🙏🏽
