Tried to view a recent bill and it wouldn’t let me. Plus it’s not letting me change my email so I can be sent a copy of my bill that way. Not pleased at all, app needs fixing and updating very quickly

Since the forced upgrade, most of my menu items are not illuminated so are extremely hard to read, recordings are constantly faulty, and channels randomly shown as ‘locked’ when they are not. This problem prevents access to recording preferences, like extending recordings in case of program over-runs. Local free-to-air programs that are included on the menu, often come from the other side of the country, so local news…isn’t! Whilst I appreciate some of the additional content, I’d rather have a system that actually works.

I used to like the app until now when it required an update and this new update has removed the FTA Channels under the favourites section. I don’t need to login into the app as I have a Foxtel now subscription. Please restore the FTA Channels in the app.

I was very disappointed when this app deleted what was on Free to air tv. I could see what was on especially football etc and if not near tv as when working I look travelling on train what I could record shows.

I am now cancelling my Foxtel subscription after 10+ years. No satisfaction with trying to get my issues rectified over the past two weeks. No call backs as promised. Rude staff. Plenty of other services at better prices with no hassles. Good riddance.

Hard to read with dark mode. No option to turn off.

The TV Gide hasn’t been working for a while now , please fix it.

Why are the free to air channels gone again!!

Other apps drop out and freeze nearly on a daily basis. Can’t say it’s the box as it’s happening on every set and we have four. So it’s something to do with Fox itself.
