Mobile deposit
I don’t understand why you would not accept a mobile deposit with a check that meets all your requirements including not being over $10,000 and saying mobile deposit only on the back of it. Why does this have to be so difficult?

To use the MyFPCU app, you must be enrolled as a Financial Plus Credit Union digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Lately like today it states an error when I log in. 6 days ago. So I could not see the true balances of the accounts as of 12/2/24

I’m brand new account holder. I’m very happy with the ease and convenience of going through all the different programs settings of the limits etc. Looking forward to a enjoyable business adventure!!

I’m am so sick off issues with this app!!! It’s getting worse every day!
App flags everything as fraud.
Every single thing I do with this card. Even shopping in my town gets denied because it’s flagged as fraud. My young child’s birthday gifts won’t be here on time now! I’m sick of this credit union already
What’s going on?
• Credit Card: Error trying to turn it on - WHY? •This is the 2nd time in the last 30-60 days that we needed to turn the card on, with no success. • We love the Lock feature, When it Works. • There is No Contact # to a human being in the hours you are closed - WHY? • I can’t imagine traveling and counting on the credit card, maybe no cash or not enough cash and you just took a cab ride. Needing to place an order online after a long day at work-before the Sale ends, being an executive taking clients out to dinner… that would be embarrassing. • With so many things being purchased online today, how are we supposed to conduct our business in the hours you are Closed? • What’s the purpose of a Broken Lock?
