## MyGabb Reviews in United States

### *---- "Won’t let you cancel"
They make it impossible to cancel this service. Stay away.
-- XSc0pE, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Why you should not purchase this"
I bought this watch for my two kids, and it worked fine for a year. Then, my oldest child’s watch broke. It completely shut down. After I fixed it multiple times, we got a new watch for her. That one then proceeded to break also. After her third broken watch, we got her a phone, as we were done with Gabb. Before her watch broke, we had inspired her friend to get one too. Hers also broke, and she went through two watches. Soon after she got a phone. Then, my youngest child’s watch broke too. I would suggest not purchasing this watch, and getting a new type of watch called a TickTalk

### ***** "The best watch"
It is great for young kids and you can see their location. It is the best watch I’ve bought. I recommend this watch. my kids love it.

### ***-- "Having trouble"
Can’t see my child’s location on GPS
-- Afluna16, 2024-12-26

### **--- "Unable to locate"
For over a month now the gabb app won’t locate my child’s phone. Nothing updates anymore
-- Parent8643567, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Support is non-existent"
My daughter got the new watch because she wants to write text messages. That feature is not working at all for her. We’ve tried rebooting it to no avail. Asked support and have received no help from them.
-- misfit biz, 2024-12-22

### *---- "Worst setup ever"
Just try and figure out how to set up the 3E watch. I work in tech and I still haven’t gotten it to work. One star is too generous for the ridiculousness of this alleged tech company.
-- cjcjcjcjcjnycnycnyc, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Not fully protected!"
My daughter was able to receive pornography images through text. The phone did not protect her from what I thought it would! I do not recommend to anyone.
-- LeahRB513, 2024-12-17

### **--- "Erroneously charged"
Charged for service before even receiving the watch in the mail!
-- Mriss6588113, 2024-12-16

### ***** "Location & phone finder"
The location finder and the phone finder have not been working a couple of months or more. I tech-support and they just can’t help me. No one can help me. So I have to call her to know where she is and they still give me the same bill. help me Gabb.
