## myGateway by DMS Reviews in Namibia

### **--- "Slow"
The app is slow. Takes minutes to load contents.
-- ligolah, 2025-05-22

### *---- "New Version NOT user friendly"
I loved the older version it was so simple . This new version is soo complicated. Things are not in order and you have to click everywhere to just get what you are looking for . Also if you get a notification and you click on it , it doesn’t lead you straight to that notification it leads you to the app only
-- Ngondjodi, 2024-09-17

### ***** "Support Team is Awesome"
I had trouble signing in after the App was updated and was promptly assisted. I love the new version!
-- Salinthe, 2024-05-31

### *---- "No Notifications on iOS"
Why is there no notifications from this app? I always miss important messages and find weeks later I was messaged. I made sure notification settings are enabled and I’m not the only one.
