Outdated app not getting the updates it should. Takes a lot of time to scroll through your open claims which appear in a random fashion. Whenever a document is missing or not accepted, you don't get notified by email or otherwise so you need to spend time checking back again and again. All in all the app needs a lot of patience to use it!

For iOS users the experience is really bad the app is not functional.

1. Can’t see my requests because button that displays next requests is inaccessible and hidden by assistant floating button  

2. Can’t add receipt image when claiming a refund because add image button is hidden behind save button. We can scroll the view to see the add image button but scroll view goes up and doesn’t stick

Login χωρίς Face ID, κατά την υποβολή εγγράφων όταν προσπαθώ να συμπληρώσω όλα τα πεδία και να στείλω δικαιολογητικά, ενώ τα συμπληρώνω ολα, στο τελευταίο πεδίο πέφτει από πάνω το κουμπί αποθήκευσης με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω το αίτημα (λύθηκε γυρνώντας το κινητό σε οριζόντιο προσανατολισμό αλλά και αυτό οριακά). Επίσης δεν δεχόταν pdf αρχείο.
