## MyGenesis Reviews in United States

### *---- "beware"
a SCAM
-- Dx-lee, 2024-07-16

### *---- "Awful"
Can never log in. It’s useless. Always have to use actual website. Please fix.
-- 1-4-3 C, 2024-05-22

### **--- "Having to login every time is a huge pain on iPhone"
It’s actually easier just to do it on the web
-- Just commercials, 2024-05-01

### **--- "App crash & login issues"
There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the developers outside leaving a bad review so here goes: I am extremely frustrated that I can’t use Face ID without several steps because iPhone can’t recognize that your app belongs with my Genesis stored password and your Face ID doesn’t seem to work without a login & password. And now that I finally, after a year, got my son added to my profile, I can’t send a message on either of our behalf, because when I try to click on the box to pick who the message is about, the app crashes!
-- Nekochan26, 2023-11-10

### *---- "Garbage web interface repackaged as an app"
It’s 2023 and you have an app worse than amateur apps built in 2010. You make enough money that you should be embarrassed by this. App crashes the moment you click the To field when attempting to message a provider.
-- mjgadient, 2023-09-28

### ****- "Would like to connect with Apple health."
Would like to connect with Apple health. I don't see this feature. Otherwise a solid app.
-- CindyWhiteman5, 2023-06-14

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
I created an account already online. Tried to login with the app and it doesn’t work.
-- Skeptical Husband, 2023-03-20

### ***** "My chart 24/7"
I am so grateful for this app. Saves time and my doctor can communicate with me without playing phone tag. Everything is available with a simple click!
-- Windex5, 2023-03-06

### *---- "Junk"
Cannot log in. Says my username and password is incorrect. Junk.
-- breiter406, 2023-02-09

### *---- "Unusable"
Consistently crashes during login.
