When submitting a claim you need to fill in your policy number. This means you need to have either a physics card which they no longer send you or you have to go back and forth with a screen grab if your policy. Why is it not autofilled. 

But by far the worst part is, you spend all this time filling in an online claim and then they ask you to upload a copy of the paper claim form. Absolute waste of time. Why not just email the claim form. This app might as well not exist.

Multiple times I have tried to submit a claim on this website and it seems like it doesn’t allow anyone to go through the next page. 
Once you are logged in, all your information will be automatically stored however when you go to the next page where you will upload the documents, same error shows. It’s not allowing you to input the DATE OF BIRTH part!!! 
At first I thought it was only because of my mobile, but then I tried to open it in my laptop, the same issue I am experiencing!!! 

When it was previously owned by AXA, I do not have to go through this hassle and reimbursement stuff because I don’t even have to shed any amount of money before getting my treatment. Now I have to suffer all this!! Thanks to you GIG

It make sense to have kids details available on both parents app logins to make it easy Amro submit claims, provide information from the insurance to Dr eg.
