In the app, the “reimboursement” amount (should be: reimbursement) is  shown with the same currency symbol like the invoice amount, even if they are in different currencies. This is very confusing as it seems like the wrong amount has been reimbursed.

This is the worst  app you can imagine. Especially the authentication methodology  drives my crazy as it is changing and simply not working…

Die App ist super einfach zu bedienen zum einreichen von Rechnungen - echt klasse!
Zwei Dinge sind allerdings dringend verbesserungsfähig:
1. Das einloggen per Touch ID dauert ewig lange und bricht deswegen auch häufig erfolglos ab - vielleicht ist der Server nicht performant genug. Ist jedenfalls nervig..
2. will man eine Nachricht über das kontaktformular schicken und gibt diese ein, bricht die Eingabe wiederholt einfach ab (Apple iPhone) und alles war umsonst. Ein Nogo!

…sollte sein, geht nur leider nicht. Error beim Einreichen. Biometrie muss jedes Mal wieder aktiviert werden, also auch sinnlos.

Every week I spend my 1-1:30 hour for sending documents to them. Always they make another problem and stolen my time. Don’t use this health insurance.If I can give Minus points I can do it

Eigentlich sehr gute und einfache Bedienbarkeit, aber viel zu häufig Verbindungsfehler, die anscheinend auf Dauer von Globality nicht behoben werden. Benötige teilweise mehrere Tage, um einen Leistungsfall hochzuladen.
