This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.
Start by logging in with your GMC Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myGMC mobile app* is supported on iOS 14 or later, and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

GMC account doesn’t work on app. I can log into account on GM site, but same credentials fail in app. You can’t seem to keep it working.

So we went through OnStar registered the vehicle. The vehicle will not show up in the app got on star back on the phone. They transferred us twice and then the phone hung up after waiting 30 minutes. The vehicle still not registered and I cannot add the vehicle under the GMC Hummer EV SUV under Hummer EV which is the truck I believe lots of problems not happy as I’m trying to find a charging station near me

I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app many times. Eventually it fails to open. Very unstable app.

Have app for 2023 GMC Sierra Crew Can Denali. Noticed the app will allow me to use certain functions but it is not updating vehicle status or details for past 7 days. Chatted with Advisor who had me uninstall and reinstall app. This did not work. Advisor said “This worked for others. Not sure why is did not work for you. Please call connected services”. Really, that is the only troubleshooting you can provide? What a waste of time and a useless customer service channel. I called connection services. The person asked me to do same thing. Did not work again. Shocker. Walked me through a number of steps that either made no sense or were for Android OS. I told her repeatedly I was on an Apple phone (she had already asked what type phone I had!). She kept reading her script and then put me on hold for 15 min. During that time I noticed other reviews which stated exact same issues but never got resolved. Great!! After almost 30 minutes she said she would escalate and someone would call me in 3-5 days. Completely frustrating experience. Used to love GM but this and other recent experiences with dealership and inability to get a recall fixed have me wondering if I wasted my money for n this truck and should consider a different manufacturer next time.

Map/location Does Not Work

Update: OnStar system was replaced on my vehicle, however, the app is still not working properly. As of today, 7/4/24, the vehicle status still reflects a last connected date is 12/7/23. Nor does the location map work. I have already uninstalled twice. Did not correct the problem. Please fix this issue. App used to work fine on my IPhone 13 Pro Max before December 2023. Now app does not work. Location of vehicle is unavailable no matter how many times I try to access it. Also, vehicle status is still showing from last given status of 12/7/23. Fix this useless app!!!

I just purchased a brand new vehicle. Downloaded the app and it’s stuck loading. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it and same thing. It’s been 2 days. This is so frustrating.

Every time I need to use the app I have to wait til the “new” version is updated! As long as you don’t need to lock or unlock your vehicle in a hurry the app is fine.

I would really love to see an option for us to be able to schedule a remote start. I know the ford pass has it and it would awesome if we could get them same thing on the My GMC app!!! Thank you.
