Beg your employer to switch. This is an app that should not be on anyone’s phone. This company may even be a scam but I’m not sure. Just use the web page, which is equally bad. Less than 1 star -- Dr.$$cash, 2025-03-28 ### *---- "Not helpful for employees" I am a payroll admin but it would be helpful if this app could store the username (AT MINIMUM). Would also be helpful if there was a feature to email paystubs from the app as the paystub view is not helpful. Constantly needing to help employees login, reset passwords, remember usernames, etc. -- nicolecooper, 2024-11-08 ### *---- "Can’t log in" For some reason I can’t login on the app but on the website I can -- VroomVroom68, 2024-09-23 ### *---- "Awful App" I just downloaded the app and I keep getting an invalid response every time I try to log in. I see the other reviews from years ago and now I believe this is somehow intentional. How could they not fix this after years of knowing the problem. This app is garbage, or they intentionally don’t want you to view the information. -- Y antthiswork, 2024-06-11 ### *---- "Not sure what my employer was thinking" I have no idea why my employer would choose a service that hasn’t been updated in 4 years i can’t even request time off because it refuses to allow me to pick the dates for my trip. -- MalcolmXaire, 2024-05-10 ### *---- "Junk-Steer Clear" App and platform is horrible. That’s enough info anyone needs. Company switched to using this app and platform. Nothing but constant problems everyday for my team that uses it out in the field. -- Timmy Rasch, 2024-04-30 ### *---- "Bad app" Doesn’t remember Can’t pull up username or password -- She beat kik, 2024-02-25 ### ****- "Login Feedback" I think it would be cool if there was a remember me option or Face ID for the login screen to make it easier to log in instead of always retyping credentials. -- ggzbreezy, 2023-07-11 ### *---- "My go is not working" Is not working we can’t see the hours when we clock in or out bad service was working but now is not please someone can fix it -- no es para mi, 2023-05-29 ### *---- "Useless app" I’m sorry that I even have to give 1 star in order to write this review. My employer switched over to this company for time logging and payroll to save money. I guess you get what you pay for. No matter how many hours you work, your ‘total hours worked’ will always say zero. Worked 40 hours? The app will say you worked zero. When it’s time for my employer to run payroll, they call me and have to ask me how many hours I’ve worked and they add it up on a calculator. This has resulted in miscalculations, missed days, and paychecks in the wrong amount. When our paycheck does come through, the “paystub” you get from MyGo isn’t even a valid paystub and my employer won’t supply anything else. MyGo, you have a 1.5 star rating. Do better!! -- Flyineagle3, 2023-03-17 [View all MyGo reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## MyGo Discovered Keywords - mygo ## Apps Similar to MyGo - [CNB Mobile Online Banking](https://apptail.io/app/cnb-mobile-online-banking-Puc/united-states) - [xtraCHEF](https://apptail.io/app/xtrachef-HOg/united-states) - [CEFCU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/cefcu-mobile-banking-HYqb/united-states) - [Alliance CU Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/alliance-cu-mobile-banking-peDb/united-states) - [City Bank Personal](https://apptail.io/app/city-bank-personal-reDb/united-states) - [First United Bank (TX)](https://apptail.io/app/first-united-bank-tx-teDb/united-states) - [PlainsCapital Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/plainscapital-mobile-banking-veDb/united-states) - [Capital Group RKDirect 401k](https://apptail.io/app/capital-group-rkdirect-401k-hnGb/united-states) - [ESL Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/esl-mobile-banking-mBVc/united-states) - [Nusenda CU-Mobile Banking](https://apptail.io/app/nusenda-cu-mobile-banking-Fnge/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
