Upload photo orientation, pledge selection & submit is very difficult, mobile app navigation & profile update is not simple

It’s too slow to open the page and it show how our governmental application can’t be as the private organisation application, central government took 10 years to develop 1 star application which is too slow even slower than the speed of tortoise, I feel shame on this developer and government

This is one of worst apps, it behaves like it’s name “Gov”. At every screen it keeps on buffering, only option you have is to skip and continue. Better to skip this app itself. Useless app.

This app isn’t working since α long time on IOS, it crashes immediately on startup itself how much ever time I try to open it.

I have attended 3-4 quizzes and cant see any of them since then.

There is something wrong here, downloaded but not installing

The reason That They have Feedback form But we Can not Write Because They are Not allowing us to Enter Email Id and Even After that Show error about Email id Not Entered How useless app Also Not allowing to change mobile No This is Bad Experience and Sending Messege About Quit and This and That This is Really Annynoing Experience For me i want to Delete My Gov Account But i cant Because This app i found Useless Do Not Use This app I request All Indian Citizen While You dont have right to delete your acoount what is This can NIC Answer Me

continuously crashing app after launch screen in main page after opening app. I noticed this on iOS 17.2.1

I just downloaded the app and when I open the app it closes automatically. I restarted my phone but still the same. Kindly look into this. Thanks!
