I’m still giving it 1 star because I’m seeing this same review everywhere that people can’t access it anymore, says issues, connect to internet, I had this same issue, raised it with them and there support system was not helpful, I just deleted the app and reinstalled it and it went through the tutorial of the app again and works now, but people have been having this issue all 2024 and my gov never addressed it or told people a quick fix is to uninstall and reinstall, so I hope this helps people and that it fixes the issue for you aswell

Logged in but not be able to access anything. Messaged: not connected to internet:( waste time and taxpayer money on the useless App
I seriously hate this app.
It’s constantly not working properly and a lot of the time I am completely unable to sign in. And the worst part is that I HAVE to use this stupid app for things like Medicare and NDIS. I would not recommend this app unless you have to use it.

I can log in but then can’t go anywhere/select anything as a great big message tells me I’m not connected to the Internet - despite the fact that I am..whether I’m connected to mobile data or home wifi (5 different households tried), but I can happily connect to the website on the same wifi internet connection.
Worst App
Before the update I could sign in with just sign in feature now it redirects me fix the app or roll it back or use test flight to fix this

The App does not download onto my device at all. I have to get on the App Store just to open it, and the information about my account is not updated which makes things difficult for me. Not happy.
Life ending experience
Worst app ever, users get locked out for no reason and refuses to even display the secret question. The makers of this app are taking millions of taxpayers money to deliver a faulty product and should be audited.
Not happy
Update has made app useless. Can’t log in, just rejects with error message. Can’t access MyGov. Update was waste of time.
