Password gymnastics
This app requires users to sign in with My Digital ID, which after doing, ends up with a password field and it's vague and unclear what password to enter. Is it set a new password for myGov or password for myDigitalID, which we've long forgotten and no way to reset in the app. This whole thing is like difficult gymnastics for users to navigate. Please make it easier.
Ease of use.
Finally, a government app thats simple. Mygov is great. Everything ii need is right there. Highly recomemded
