This is a poor show also no HomeKit which would help a lot but alas this app appears to be broken! Update 23/4/2022 still broken no contact from Harvey what so ever, how does this app not have any debugging Dev? No way for debugging to be sent straight to the dev like other apps! Update 11/10/2024 the new lid has been working good but this is for the developers can we get a port in Home Assistant so we can see everything in our home in one place. Not sure if @harvey has looked at automating in home assistant but a lot of people are looking for this ie potential customers. Check the chatter on the internet for yourself but think you could shift a good few units by just doing an integration with home assistant which is open source! Updated 26/05/2025 the LID has been sending update best thing of all it’s been integrated to Home Assistant both blocks are visible and days remaining displayed for both sides also wifi and battery life viewable, now I have an automation that announces in the house when it’s got to 50% on both so I can just replace both blocks at the same time Culligar add on is called AQUACELL so enjoy also the people having issues adding the lid separate your wifi to a separate 2.4 and 5Ghz network hope this helps. AQUACELL please make the integration at a local level meaning no internet needed, this would be the icing on the cake! -- Enigma???, 2025-05-26 ### **--- "Lack of compatibility with Apple password" Still cannot save password to Apple Password Manager. I see that this issue was raised 2 years ago. Hope I am not wasting my time typing this. -- R UK, 2025-05-26 ### *---- "Poor app" Doesn’t connect to my super fast (excellent range) WiFi. Not designed very well. -- AppleUser786, 2025-05-16 ### *---- "Problems/problems" I have just bought a new lid in the hope that the supplied one was faulty but it hasn’t solved the problem of it not connecting . It keep coming up with ( it cannot connecting to location starting with Aylacontrol) Apple can’t help EE can’t help . I am writing this in the desperate hope that you can D G Harrison -- inkduct, 2025-03-13 ### *---- "Rubbish" Totally useless. Impossible to register the softener even with a flashing blue light. Very frustrating especially given that this Arc softener salt usage rate is very high -- HSS71, 2025-02-28 ### *---- "Still not working" 2025 and as other people said, it's not working, keep getting an error after the device joins the wifi and you can never complete adding the softener to the app: "Error Opening Page Hotspot login cannot open the page because it cannot redirect to locations starting with "aylacontrol:"." -- Dan-0ack, 2025-02-25 ### ****- "Working fine" Had for over a month. Working fine. Sends me notifications on low salt etc. Was easy to connect. Like some other reviews would like a history of salt consumption- hence 4 not 5 stars -- GeoffandTrish, 2025-02-24 ### *---- "Not fit for purpose" Very temperamental. Takes multiple attempt to sync then keep dropping out. Replacement kid had same issues. -- bdhdhdbebdhdhxuehf, 2025-02-18 ### *---- "Unable to connect" Despite several attempts, unable to pair my device with the app. -- Raman Chettiar, 2025-02-15 [View all myHarvey reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to myHarvey -
