หมุนนานมาก เข้าใช้งานไม่ได้จ้ะ

App ใช้ไม่ได้

พยายาม login เปลี่ยน password หลายรอบ ก็เข้าใช้ไม่ได้อยู่ดี ไม่แน่ใจว่าแอปนี้ใช้งานได้จริงรึเปล่า

แอพไม่ตอบโจทย์

ต้องมีการเข้าสู่ระบบอยู่ทุกครั้ง ควรพัฒนาเหมือนเเอพอื่นที่สามารถใช้งาน face id ได้

สมัครใช้งานไม่ได้

สมัครฝช้งานไม่ได้เลย ขึ้นerrorตลอดเวลา ถ้าจะไม่มีบัตรต้องปรับปรุงแอพพลิเคชั่นด้วยนะคะ

ใช้งานยากมาก

ล็อกอินเข้าไม่ได้ กดลืม password ก็ต้องใส่ username ซึ่งไม่แน่ใจว่าใช้อะไรอีก สรุปก็ขอรีพาสเวิดไม่ได้

อยากให้เพิ่ม feature auto log-in

อยากได้บัตร มากกว่าแอพ

สมควรมีบัตรให้ และควรจะปรับเปลี่ยนแอพใหม่ใช้ไม่ได้

ลงทะเบียนยาก ล็อคอินต้องใส user กับ password ใหม่ทุกครั้ง บัตรแคร์การ์ดก็ไม่มีให้ ผลักภาระมาให้ลูกค้า ไม่คิดถึงเลยส่า โรงพยาบาลจะค้นหาเจอไหม บอกให้ยื่นแค่บัตรประชาชน บางโรงพยาบาลไม่ได้ซับพอร์ตคนไข้ขนาดนั่นค่ะ
