I have tried signing into this app every time I need to go to the doctors for a year. Do not know my password so I select forgot and retrieve password and you NEVER send me my password. Ever ever ever

The app won’t accept my password as correct and I can’t log in, but the password works fine on the website.

I booked an appointment but after waiting for a 20 min no one joined to the video call… not serious this system, for me a waste of time

Whenever my doctor sends me an appointment, it never shows up in the app. I always have to add it manually to my calendar. Even signing in to myhealthaccess.ca doesn’t work. I can’t see my appointments there either. It’s useful for finding providers but right now, it’s not useful for managing appointments.

It’s pretty good. I had an appointment with a doctor in the morning and he said he will be emailing me immediately for my referrals. Anyway it’s 6 hours later and I’m still waiting. Not sure if it’s the doctor or wrong information. Long story short I have no way of contacting the Dr or clinic that contacted me cause it’s not listed anywhere. But still a good app.

Doesn’t work for landscape mode. This app needs to be more accessible.

This app needs to maintain foreground focus while a call is happening. A video call should not cause the phone to go to sleep as if there is nothing happening. Other than that, app works well. But it’s really frustrating to have to keep touching the screen to keep the phone awake while on a video call.

Downloaded to my iPad6 running ios 14.2. I get one vertical bar of text about 10 characters wide. None of the links work. Useless as is. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same result.

I’ve consulted with top doctors, I highly recommend using this effective app.
