DNA didn’t arribe to lab yet after 3 months

Very disappointed I have to wait, do the test again and pay shipping again to hope this time you get it.

My Heritage is the most helpful and interesting site out of all those I have tested with.

Excellent site and wonderful sources of information.

Highly recommend MyHeritage

Such a wonderful site for saving and sharing Family history. Very user friendly, so easy to use. So many options for saving and improving family photos, I especially LOVE the animation. I just animated a picture of my Great Uncle killed in the 1912 World war in Belgium and it was like he was alive and smiling at me. Had me in tears, but happy tears to see how he would have looked when alive. Wonderful links to other sites that assist with matches and searching. I’ve just started but so addicted and wonderful to think I’ll have a lasting record of my family. Also hoping to find new relatives I can chat to in the future and share stories. Can’t recommend MyHeritage enough.

I absolutely love this it gives me all the facts and so easy to find family that I did not know , and the DNA fantastic I would recommend this to my friends to use , not only that I can share photos and information to my grandchildren later and they can keep

This is a fantastic heritage research tool. They send you possible matches to validate or reject, point out new information, add to your tree if you verify and send regular research. They do all the hard work for you. Well done My Heritage!

The App has ceased working on my iPhone

Dear My Heritage, whoever is doing your compatibility checks has messed up because I can no longer log into my account on my iPhone.

No customer support and they deleted my ethnicity estimate

I log in to see my ethnicity estimate and it says that its “currently being generated” even though I’ve seen it already, I know it exists. On top of that there is no way to get in contact with anyone to see where it’s gone or get it back. What an absolute joke of a website with no way to contact them unless you subscribe which they only bill annually! The cheapest option is like $10 a month. What a joke!
