Frustrating, need my money?

It's very frustrating, I get notifications that there are matches with my family tree, it leads me to one thing, pay, pay, pay. I don't want any more messages if you're just serving me to subscribe. I tried to unsubscribe from the email, but it didn't work. Is there any real customer service behind?

Very bad service on every front

First of all, very high subscription charge. In their email they were saying I will get a 50% discount but it is not on the invoice and a full payment was taken. I've posted the DNA on the 29th of December and according to the App tracker, it still has not arrived to MyHeritage. I cannot imagine this happening over 3 weeks passed. Post is not so slow. Thirdly, I've contacted the Customer service through the chat bot, who said a ticket was opened and CS will reach out to me. Never happened. I’ve also written a letter to the only mail address I’ve found on their website, no reply to that either.

Ellopták a pénzem…

Nos, 2021. december 6-án vettem náluk DNS tesztet, az volt az ígéret, hogy egy hónapig ingyen használhatom a programot, mégis 28 nap után levonták az éves díjat!——— Well, on December 6, 2021, I took a DNA test from them, the promise was that I could use the program for free for a month, yet after 28 days they deducted the annual fee!
