## MyHeritage Reviews in Ireland

### *---- "⭐ (Very unhappy)"
I purchased a a Premium plan gives you access to lots of data, but there’s a major downside. Many key matches are locked behind another paywall even after you’ve paid for premium. It’s very frustrating. Do yourself a favour: look up real experiences on Facebook before you spend any money here."
-- Chriscarlow, 2026-07-14

### ***** "Ancestor hunt"
Fantastic way of connecting with relations
-- corks finest, 2026-02-23

### ****- "Amazing"
My Heritage is a wonderful app and platform I would love more common sense tools.
-- CEO of ReAble, 2026-01-31

### ***** "Found me father"
Found me real father with this. Thought it was some nerd all the time. Them found the tale dale
-- Jiggly Jackson, 2025-12-06

### *---- "App won’t work"
Won’t allow me to either use old version or update to newer version of app on my phone. Can’t see matches by source or people on my phone using standard safari! 👎
-- pweqarfhiodvjornseivsyb, 2025-09-23

### *---- "It’s a con"
Got 3 DNA kits - we did this in May - sent it away by courier, shows received /delivered with a signature. Yet on app 3 months later still not received by lab or any results or acknowledgment on the e-mails sent. So it must be a con as money taken but no goods.
-- Gcventer, 2025-08-23

### *---- "Regrettable"
I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I have ordered the DNA kit several times, and although they claimed to have attempted delivery, the package never arrived at my address. After a long wait, I was finally able to reach customer support, who informed me that the kit had been lost and that a replacement would be sent. However, it has now been almost a week, and I have received no update regarding the new shipment. I sincerely regret choosing to do business with this company.
-- Guth0, 2025-04-10

### ****- "Good service"
I think that this app is good. Finding relatives in your family history is such a fascinating journey. But there’s one thing that I think My Heritage fell short in and that when you pay for your DNA kit and send it off for testing I think that firstly they should at least given us a monthly payment subscription option instead of a yearly subscription fee that you have to pay in order to see the tree’s of your matches. I understand that genetic testing costs the company money but more people would find paying a monthly subscription easier than having to find the money for the full yearly payment.
