Good for building tree, terrible for searching and filtering results.

A great resource in tracing relatives

This is a fantastic resource in putting a family tree together. There are so many benefits in that other people doing a family tree which is part of your tree are detected and you are made aware of them and given options to accept or reject them. This gives another perspective and so much more information that saves time for you but also provides information that you might never know. Excellent resource. Sheelagh Cooney-Hanly

Good but a lot to improve

I did the DNA test and had a problem with the results, but that was solved quickly with the costumer service. Paid version too expensive and I unfortunately didn’t notice any difference from the free version.

Unable to cancel free trial - illegal

This is incredible that in 2023 you don’t give people an option to cancel a free trial and I have the screen shots to proof. This is illegal. Having to ring ye to calcel it and low and behold it already pre recorded to enter your account information in order to cancel. I work in Tech and I’m absolutely appalled how you cannot do this yourself as an account holder to cancel the free trial. The poor misfortunes that you have swindled out of a lot of money!!!!! Awfullllllllllllll

Frustrating DNA

Find MyHeratige great but loads of problems getting my DNA results. First DNA did not arrive at lab in USA from Ireland. MyHeratige team was good sent me out another DNA kit and gave me 3months free subscription. Second DNA test done and sent to lab, this time in Germany which was sent on 6th January. Checked status on MyHeratige site on 8th February and DNA still not arrived at lab and I know it only takes a minimum of 5 days for post to get to Germany from Ireland. So frustrating.

MyHeritage is the best to find people. I could find also a citizenship. I am really happy with the service.

I just want to say thank you. My grandfather has been dead since 2017 and this app me to show my mother a picture of him that could move. After seeing the moving picture she teared up and it felt he was still here. So again thank you

Good. Just have problems to add photos.

Still waiting on results

Sent DNA swab last April still no results. My husband sent his the same day and received his within weeks.
