Allora non solo devi pagare un abbonamento per vedere i dati di 229 euro , non solo le analisi non ti dicono se è linea matrilineare o patrilineare in più per conservare i dati devi pagare 250 euro? Anche no a questo punto spendo 1500 su igenea almeno ho tutto compreso a conti fatti tra abbonamenti e tutti spendi quello.
It's a trap
If you only want to do a DNA test and download the app you will be given an administrative time called a "free period" after which you will be sent an invoice for €120.78 on top of what you paid for the test. If the subscription is an option the checkbox should be set as “off” instead “on”. In this way many will be invoiced without knowing. Take care on it.

Kit DNA mai arrivato
Ho ordinato il kit del DNA un mese fa e non è mai arrivato. Sarebbe dovuto arrivare in max 8 giorni. Impossibile parlare con un customer service. Dopo mille tentativi per trovare una mail per fare un reclamo e chiedere almeno un rimborso, ho trovato un indirizzo email, ma ho ricevuto una risposta palesemente scritta da un computer, non esaustiva e evasiva. L’app sarebbe anche carina ma visti i costi mi aspetto anche un servizio clienti decente.

I love the concept and reconnecting to my roots was such an appealing motive to create an account and send them my dna. I regret it. Not only do they have my information on file but IN EXCHANGE OF NOTHING. Because little do you know before sending in the sample, you need to pay an additional 150€ a year to even have access to the information. I absolutely hate it and will always recommend people NOT TO GET THIS KIT. I have to pay a lot extra just to know who the heck is in my family, that I have already paid for?? For very bad results anyways? Boo you

Unclear instructions and bad customer service
Update: I have been contacted by customer service and the issue was fully resolved. Thank you for your quick response. I bought a kit for dna test and they offered me a trial version of their website and after the month was over the took the subscription of a one year that I didn’t even ask for without any emails or communication before that. Unfortunately reached to customer service and they didn’t give me back my money and gave me a discount of a service that I will not use. I recommend to use any other website who has clear instructions.
