How much does MyHeritage cost?
MyHeritage has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is 535.61 zł.
I purchased a test, which came with a 1-month free trial automatically attached. After a month, 120 euros were suddenly charged to my account. This subscription wasn’t visible anywhere—in the App Store or in my MyHeritage app—so I had no idea that I would be charged after the trial period without my consent.
I have been trying to contact support, but I can’t even submit a refund request. It keeps saying there was an error, even though other requests in the help section go through without issue. There’s no email available to write to either.
I’m very disappointed with this approach to customers, and so far, this feels like a scam.

It is impossible to use this app because each time they ask me to complete the captcha test, it takes me to another one😭

I really love the app, and I think it’s awesome (even though I haven’t even yet used all of it’s features), but a big problem for me is how much it costs to keep looking for my ancestors. I understand that the payment is needed, but 800 zł is too much :((( and it’s not even the full price for the CHEAPER version because there is a discount!!! 😭😭😭

Time to say goodbye
I was using Complete package for a whole year. I found it useful and worth ~70 EUR I spend last year. But 199 EUR for next year subscription is too expensive. I would probably keep using it but in such case its pointless for me (and many other users looking at comments). I know it is your service and you can charge as many as you wants for it but nevertheless I decided to give you feedback why I will probably leaving.
Cant login
Login doesn’t work on iPhone 15 pr with iOS 17.5.1. When I try to login with saved password it doesn’t work. Same combination works in a browser. Its the same login/password combination - I use password manager.
