iOS16 makes iPh7 useless

Only part of the App that excels are the DNA ADVERTISEMENTS the DNA Matches cannot be used😖

Quite Exciting

I’ve just only recently been contacted by someone who is connected somehow with me. I’m looking forward to getting much more info. I have a friend who has found a half brother she never knew about who had the same father, so I can’t wait to find out who my biological parents were.

Best app to delve into family history

I’ve done a lot of research to find the best platform to do family research. And My Heritage is by far the best!

Racist App

I’m absolutely appalled at the new video feature that depicts my Grand mother with an African accent. She is English Aka British but because she was born in Africa the accent used is a terrible reflection . You do get white Africans too you know that speak the queens English. You can thank colonialism for that. It is also a terrible depiction of a black African speaking person as well. It’s an insult actually. Do you depict Europeans in the same accent?

Excellent app but expensive

I have built a big tree and really find this app very good. But as one of the other users recently said - i can no longer afford the subscription. The South African rand has deteriorated so badly that dollar subscriptions have to be very carefully considered

Offline update

Would be nice to be able to update some information offline and it updates it self automatically when online. I’m saying this cause I was at the rural areas and I couldn’t login due to reception was bad, so I missed a lot of information.... other than that, it’s a great app

Doesn’t deliver the results.

The app is a great idea, but battling to remove and delete it from my device.not interested in the automatic upgrade and charge which is billed.

Way too Expensive

This is probably one of the most expensive apps. In our country it makes absolutely no sense to pay ZAR 3200 / year (South African Rand) for an app. Family trees are available at many places, so this app is not unique. It’s a luxury, but certainly not a necessity with regards to maintaining our family tree. So, I understand that the app is priced in Dollar, and unfortunately our government is screwing our currency so I understand that the price is not the developers problem… but, just ao you know. There’s apps that’s way more necessary for everyday life, without costing so much. Enjoyed the 5 free features I had before the app became 99% unaccessable. Cool app. Way too pricey.

Terrible app

This app allowed me to proceed with a free trial but I kept decking later to find out 2500 grand was drawn from my bank account!!!!

Refund My Money Now

After trial your app too R1669 from my account. I deleted your app i dont even have it on my phone. Refund Now
