I backed this product on Kickstarter on the promise it would help me. The activation code I received to start my plan does not work. Even after I triple checked to make sure I entered it correctly. I’ve e-mailed support twice about the issue and they never respond.
Waited forever for my device and now I keep getting an error saying “incorrect serial code” after ensuring multiple times that I was typing it in right. Such a shame…
App is broken, can't progress past the second level because answer is incorrect but it didn't even let me pick an answer..
