Login works fine on website. However on the app won’t work at all. Needs sorting out.

Tried the app on my iPhone. Input my email address and password, pressed submit, and nothing. Totally refuses to respond. 
Thought I might be using the wrong password so reset it using my iMac but still no response. Even deleted the app and downloaded it again but still no joy. 
Utter rubbish. 
Don’t waste your time.
