## MyHuddle Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Start up"
I’m new and my employee number is somehow incorrect and now I can’t get in.
-- hdjejhf, 2024-05-28

### **--- "Syncing problem"
I use to be able to sync both calendars, the one on the app and the one on my phone and now I am ant and it’s very frustrating
-- FairyMary93, 2023-07-14

### **--- "Shift reminder does not work"
Previously, the app used to send reminders before a shift starts. It also used to be linked to my phone calendar. There is an option in settings still but even when the settings are set to send reminders, they don’t send anything.
-- Steffi_YoYo, 2023-07-09

### *---- "Using My huddle"
Wish as an employee we could actually use the app to request basics like uniforms
Also be great if leave part of this app worked
-- Halloween rubbish, 2023-07-03

### **--- "Not working"
Today I went to log in to see when I am working next not only was the app glitched but I have lost all of my work availability and my time of the leave as well due to an unexpected glitched that has not been fixed very frustrating
-- Nyfodora, 2023-06-22

### ***-- "App Not Working Properly"
I didn’t get any new shifts this week so I was checking to see if I had all my availability in correctly and it wouldn’t load when I had 2 bars of 5G
-- It_Secret, 2023-06-06

### ***-- "calender sync"
my shifts have stopped syncing to my phone calender (apple phone) and no longer appear in the calendar app
-- kmart worker, 2023-05-12

### *---- "Calendar sync"
A few colleagues and myself are having issues with syncing it to our calendars on our phones, its the latest update and all and in our phone settings its saying calendar is on, any tips?
-- emmie996101, 2023-03-20

### *---- "Won’t let you get a transfer."
I got a transfer and a new employer ID when I went to sign in with MyHuddle it won’t let me it still brings me back to my old store. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it at least over 10 times & nothing, I’ve given it time to ‘reset’ it self or update it self and nothing. I keep getting the message ‘there’s already an account linked with this phone if you click okay it’ll transfer over’ I have no choice but to click okay and it still brings me back to my old store. You try an contact app support and you can’t. Very frustrating app. There is no way to de register your details from this app. Please fix this issue!
-- Tayla1996, 2023-02-07

### *---- "Incompatibility with Opel"
Trying to find a balance between safe smart phone for young kid and giving them some independence. Unfortunately the MyHuddle app is not compatible with the Opel kids smartphone. I’d love to see the app modified so my kid can use it on his phone.
