Version 1.1.9 (iOS) encounters an issue where the phone’s brightness automatically maximizes upon QR code generation. Unfortunately, the brightness doesn’t revert to its previous setting after exiting the app, necessitating a manual adjustment to restore the original brightness level each time.

After update..After choosing the date . I choose land, bus, put number after that is click next but got one thing need to put but inside is empty can’t type and can’t next.
The app generally works (except for the scan passport feature). Suggest they include a search function for our addresses to save time scrolling thru the various cities & countries. At the border (we came via bus from Malaysia to Singapore), the passport machine worked well for me (I’m American) so I guess the app did its job, but for my Malaysian wife she had to try two machines before it worked. It was disappointing that the Singapore immigration officers don’t help the passengers, but I’d expect the service level to be better when arriving from air.
Gee it always shows something went wrong and please try again!!! It’s really piss me off!!
The app doesn’t work , it’s the same after I reinstall
Keep saying my ic No is invalid.I can’t even add a new profile and of cause I can’t do the sg arrival card so how can I get into Singapore now? Yesterday My aunt dead I cant even get into Singapore to visit them because of this dumb thing
Error This Vehicle Number has been submitted for a journey which has not been completed. Kindly complete the journey before making a new submission using the same vehicle number(s) or amend / delete the earlier submission even though I have turned off submission/journey complete already
