Qr code failure
Already try few times to get the qr code,still can’t use……also email and feedback until now still can’t solve the problem

Renew passport
It has renew ic but no renew passport. It would be convenient if it has renew passport function attached to it
Unable to save NRIC and Passport number
When filling in manually or scan passport, the NRIC and passport number will keep missing even after you key in and save the profile.
Can’t update
Can’t even update the app totally trash
Crash and hang
App hangs when making a health declaration for the Sg Arrival card ever since updating to the latest version

Kudos this app its so useful and easy to use just scan and it will fill in your details and can use your SingPass. Great job!!! ICA
Good idea but…
It’s a great concept to use we codes for clearing immigration, but can you at least make this app safer to use? Please provide pin login or biometric login minimally
Face scanning issues
Face recognition scanning was faulty. Keeps saying uneven lighting.
Always asking for updates
Why is the app constantly asking for updates? So annoying when you try to do the sg arrival card on the airplane and it asked you to download a new version… and the wifi is terribly slow to download …. Think about the ease of data connection and updating…. Terrible
Not able to update
The new update can not be done with a China register Apple ID
